Josh > The Belt Creek in the Sluice Boxes State Park - about 3 miles from my cabin. A good place - good fishing.
Josh > I became obsessed with this mattress. It is at an old abandoned Lions Camp - Camp Don Bosco - in the now Sluice Boxes State Park. It must have been abandoned about 30-40 years ago. This mattress was apparently left outside, and rotted and was overgrown.
Josh > The roofline of the main building at Camp Don Bosco. In the center is an old lamp housing which is now barely holding on. Directly below that is a flag holder. I really liked the symmetry interrupted by the lamp.
Josh > A tree (unknown species) on top of a ridge, right at sunset.
Josh > The magnifacent Big Baldy. A massive open alpine area with an amazing glacial cirque on the eastern side. One of my favorite places.
Josh > A plateau/butte just west of Yogo Peak in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. I just stumbled upon this place by chance. Lucky Me.
Josh > An amazing piece of art in the form of graffiti. On the outside wall of the main building at the abandoned Camp Don Bosco in the Sleuce Boxes State Park.
Josh > Only a short section of an old fence remained on the Yogo Plateau, but it proved quite the subject.
Josh > On my way up Big Baldy, I stumbled upon this amazing section of formerly burned forest. The fire must have came through about 30 years ago. As I was hiking off-trail, I came upon some amazing and untouched scenes. One of my favorite places. In this picture, the fire burned through the center of the tree (now hollow) and out of the tree branches, two of which are shown here.
