Josh  > Nature > The Groulx

Josh > A friend of mine overlooking the beautiful plateau in the Groulx Mountains of Quebec. All of these Groulx pictures were taken during the 2005 Groulx Spring Break Trip of the Dartmouth Outing Club.
Josh > One day we decided to watch the sunset about a half-mile from camp. We found a pretty interesting secondary plateau, which we decided to explore. If you look closely, you can see a person on top of the mountain at center-right.

Josh > An interesting sadle that we ascended and went over. Again, in the Groulx Mountains.
Josh > This was our guide in the trip - Michel Denis. An incredibly awesome and humorous French Canadian. He sure knew quite a bit about the mountains.
Josh > On our way up we crashed our van as a snowplow went dangerously close to us. Nobody was hurt, and it turned out being a rather interesting if not irksome situation.
