Josh > One day I decided to hike up to one of Moosilauke's ridges and watch the sun rise and set. This picture of the sunrise shows the valley fog of the Connecticut River Valley just as the sun clears the ridge.

Josh > Sunset on the Trescott Road side of Velvet Rocks. This is a relatively new hardwood forest. Just a half mile back on the trail I was in a pure stand of White Pine. Quite interesting contrast in forest in such a short time.
